Bakalářská práce pojednává o kvalitě života a sociálních problémech seniorů. Shrnuje existující poznatky o stárnutí a stáří, včetně demografických aspektů stárnutí populace. Rozebírá strategie úspěšného stárnutí a jejich vliv na kvalitu života, prosperitu a důstojnost stáří. Dále zaměřuje pozornost k analýze nepřeberné škály sociálních problémů, s nimiž se senioři ve svém životě setkávají či mohou setkat, jako je osamělost, problémy v rámci mezigeneračních vztahů, týrání, zanedbávání aj. Závěr práce je věnován empirickému průzkumu, jehož cílem je prozkoumat úroveň kvality života a sociálních problémů seniorů. |

The thesis deals with the quality of life and social problems of the aged. It summarizes existing knowledge about ageing and old age, including demographic aspects of the ageing of the population. It analyzes strategies for successful ageing and how they affect the quality of life; prosperity and dignity of old age.
