Bakalářská práce řeší problematiku adaptace neboli přizpůsobení seniorů na podmínky v domově pro seniory. Teoretická část popisuje pojem gerontologie, stárnutí populace, stáří, pohled společnosti na seniora a problémy spojené se stárnutím. Zabývám se také adaptací na domov pro seniory, jejími riziky a faktory. Popisuji dobrovolné a nedobrovolné umístění do domova a důležitost rodiny. V poslední části práce je rozebrána problematika Domova pro seniory Hostim, zde charakterizuji poslání a cílovou skupinu domova, přijetí nového uživatele, adaptační proces a aktivity pořádané v domově pro seniory Hostim. Praktická část obsahuje průzkum, který je zaměřen na zjištění, které skutečnosti označují senioři, jako řešitelné. Řešitelné problémy, nebo fakta znamená problémy, které by seniorům pomohly adaptovat se snadněji a rychleji. Obsahuje praktický nástin aktivit pořádaných v Hostimi, které jsou užitečné při integraci seniorů. |

This bachelor thesis solves the problem of adaptation, otherwise adaptation of seniors, to the conditions witch are in a retirements home. The theoretical part describes the term gerontology, ageing proces of the population, the caducity, the general view of the society and problems related wiht getting older. I am also dealing with the problem of adaptation in retiremet homes, its dangers and important factors. I am describing the voluntary and involuntary placing of seniors into the retirement homes and the importance of the family. The end part of the thesis analyses the subject ?Domov pro seniory Hostim?. I am distinguishing the function and the target group of this retirement home, admision of a new occupant, the adaptation proces and activities holded in Hostim. The practical part contains a research, which is focused on the detection of facts, which are seen by the seniors as solvable. Solvable problems or facts means, problems which could help the seniors adapt easier and quicker. It contains a practical illustration of activities holded in Hostim, which are usefull by integrating seniors. |
