dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vyhodnocení vhodnosti pořízení investic v prostředí společnosti, zabývající se obchodní činností. Je průřezem do problematiky investic a plánování jejich peněžních toků při zohlednění inflace nebo daňových vlivů. V konečné fázi pak analyzuje metody měření pro posouzení efektivnosti investic a doporučuje i způsob financování úvěrem.	cs

It represents an introduction into the issue of investments and their cash flow planning while taking into consideration the question of inflation and the impacts of taxation.
