Projekt optimalizace montážního pracoviště aplikováním metod průmyslového inženýrství ve společnosti PWO UNITOOLS CZ, a.s. se zaměřuje na rozpoznání nových, potencionálních a skrytých možností využití metod průmyslového inženýrství a jejich možného aplikování ve prospěch této společnosti. V první části se práce teoreticky zaměřuje na popis štíhlé výroby, sytému tlaku a tahu, teorii hodnotové analýzy, teorii supermarketu a zásob. V projektové části se práce zaměřuje na řešení návrhu pro zlepšení stávajícího stavu, které povede ke snížení zásob na pracovišti. Na závěr byly stanoveny doporučení a návrhy na zlepšení současného stavu a vyhodnoceny přínosy a úspory pro společnost. |

Project of optimization of assembly workplace by applying of industrial engineering methods in PWO UNITOOLS CZ, inc. focuses on identifying new, potential and hidden possibilities of using industrial engineering methods and theirs possible application to this company's benefit. In the first part, the work focuses on a theoretical description of lean manufacturing, pull and push system, the theory of value analysis, theory of supermarket and supplies. The project part of the work focuses on solving an improvement proposal for the current situation, which will lead to reducing supplies in the workplace. In conclusion, recommendations, improvement proposals and evaluation of the benefits and savings for the company were specified. |
