V diplomové práci se zabývám problematikou školního klimatu. Cílem práce je popis klimatu základní školy z pohledu žáků a pedagogů. V úvodu teoretické části se zabývám charakteristikou pojmů, které souvisí s klimatem školy a typologií klimatu. Následně charakterizuji osobnost pedagoga a žáka. Dále objasňuji faktory ovlivňující klima školy a vymezuji vztahy, které jej utvářejí. V praktické části se zabývám výzkumem a analýzou klimatu konkrétní školy. |

I deal with the problems of the school climate in this diploma work. The aim of this study is description of climate in basic school from student's and teacher's view. I engage in characterization of concepts that are connected with the school climate and in typology of climate in the introduction of the theoretical part of my thesis. The characterization of teacher's and student's personality follows. Next I explain the factors that influence the school climate and I define relationships that form it. I engage in research and analyse the climate at concrete school in the practical part. |
