Anotace Šikana z pohledu učitele základní školy - bakalářská práce. Cílem práce je přiblíţit důleţitost role pedagogů na základní škole s ohledem na specifika sociálně patologického chování - šikany. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. V první kapitole jsem charakterizoval specifika šikany v podmínkách základní školy. V druhé, stěţejní kapitole, jsem se snaţil popsat hlavní dovednosti pedagogů a vymezit obtíţnost jejich role při setkání s tímto patologickým chováním. Ve třetí části jsem poukázal na závaţnost a nebezpečnost důsledků šikany, které poukazují na skutečnost, ţe prevence a efektivní přístup při řešení zvláště závaţných případů šikany nespadá pouze do kompetence školy a pedagoga zvlášť. Součinnost s dalšími institucemi (vzhledem k tomu, ţe jsem policistou, jsem se zaměřil ve své práci na součinnost škola ? policie) je bezpodmínečným předpokladem efektivních kroků při společném boji se šikanou. Součástí mé práce jsou i případové kasuistiky, které poukazují na nutnou součinnost mezi školou a policií, zvláště v závaţných případech eskalace šikany. |

Bullying from the perspective of primary school teachers - bachelor's thesis. The goal of this thesis is to bring an important role of primary school teachers with regard to the specific socio-pathological behavior - bullying. The thesis is divided into four chapters. In the first chapter, I have described the specifics of bullying in conditions of primary schools. The second, main chapter, I have tried to describe the major skills of teachers and define the difficulty of their role in meeting with the bullying. In the third section, I pointed out the seriousness and danger of bullying consequences, which point to the fact that a prevention and effective approach in dealing with does not fall within only schools and teachers cognizance. Cooperation with other institutions is a prerequisite for an effective step in combating bullying. The case reports are the part of my thesis, which highlight the necessary interaction between the school and the police, |
