Předmětem diplomové práce ?Návrh systému řízení zásob? v agentuře NP, v. o. s., je analyzovat problematiku řízení zásob v agentuře a navrhnout taková opatření, která by vedla ke zdokonalení systému řízení zásob. Agentura musí neustále sledovat a analyzovat vývoj zásob, protože vážou kapitál a vyvolávají náklady. V teoretické části je popsána logistika, zásoby, bod rozpojení objednávkou zákazníka, materiálový tok, pojistná zásoba a ABC analýza. V praktické části je popsána organizační struktura agentury, struktura vstupního materiálu a analýza současného stavu řízení zásob. Na závěr jsem navrhla možná zlepšení stávajícího systému řízení zásob. |

The subject of the graduation thesis ?Project of inventory management system? in NP, v.o.s. agency is to analyse the problem of inventory management in an agency and propose such steps which could lead to improvement in inventory management. The Agency has to monitor and analyse progress of inventory continuously, because this ties the funds and set up the costs. The logistic, reserves, disconnecting point by the customer order, material flow, safety stock and ABC analysis are described in theoretical part. In practical part there are defined organization structure, the structure of input material and analysis of present state of inventory management. Finally I suggested possible improvements of existing inventory management system. |
