Tématem mé bakalářské práce jsou ?Základy metod forenzní genetiky?. Teoretická část se zabývá genetikou všeobecně. Představuje tento vědní obor a seznamuje s jeho základy. Rychlý rozvoj tohoto oboru vedl k rozdělení genetiky do mnoha specializovaných oblastí. Jednou z nich je právě forenzní genetika. Praktická část se zabývá popisem vybraných metod, jejich využitím ve světě i u nás. Porovnává výhody i nevýhody jednotlivých metod a podává stručný přehled o tom, ve kterých vědních oborech lze tyto metody využít. |

My bachelor thesis deals with ?The basics of Forensic Genetics?. The theoretical part is concerned with genetics in general. It introduces this field of science and acquaints with its basic principles. Genetics is the science of heredity and variation in living organisms. A rapid development of this field has led to dividing the genetics into many specialized branches. One of them is a forensic genetics. The practical part involves the description of some selective methods, their utilization in the world and of course in the Czech Republic. It compares the advantages and disasvantages of particular methods and gives us brief account of fields of science, in which we can use these methods. |
