dc.description.abstract	Tématem této diplomové práce je implementace moderních metod controllingu ve firmě RESTA s.r.o., a to na základě předem provedených analýz. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V teoretické části je provedena literární rešerše informačních zdrojů z oblasti controllingu a využití controllingových metod pro řízení firmy. Praktická část představuje firmu RESTA s.r.o. včetně analýzy současného stavu řízení a finanční analýzy. Na základě provedených analýz je jako moderní controllingová metoda pro zavedení do systému řízení firmy vybrána metoda Balanced Scorecard s využitím konceptu EVA a navrženy potřebné kroky k úspěšné implementaci.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main object of this diploma work is implementation of modern controlling methods in the company RESTA Ltd. on the basis performed analysises. This work is divided into two parts. Theoretic part deals with literary sources of controlling and using controlling methods for management the company. The practical part consits of introducing the company RESTA Ltd., analysis current state of management the company and financial analysis. On the basis of this analysises there is selected the method Balanced Scorecard with concept EVA for implementation in the company and there are projected necessary steps for successful implementation.	en
