dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou ošetřovatelské péče o pacienta se zajištěnými dýchacími cestami. V teoretické části stručně popisuje historii. Zmiňuje se o technikách invazivního zajištění dýchacích cest. Zaměřuje se na ošetřovatelskou a rehabilitační péči o pacienta na oddělení intenzivní péče. V praktické části analyzuje a interpretuje získané výsledky z kvantitativního šetření, do kterého byli zařazeni respondenti z ARO a JIP. Zjiš-ťuje úroveň znalostí všeobecných sester a zdravotnických záchranářů o kompetencích v dané problematice, znalostí spojených s ošetřovatelskou péčí a rozsah poskytovaného rehabilitačního ošetřovatelství. V závěru hodnotí dosažení stanovených cílů.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the nursing care of patients with secured airways. The theoretical part briefly describes the history. It talks about the techniques of invasive airway management. It focuses on nursing and rehabilitative care for patients in intensive care. In the practice of analyzing and interpreting the results of a quantitative survey in which respondents were enrolled in Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care Unit.
