dc.description.abstract	Tématem bakalářské práce je ?Motivace pracovníků jako faktor zvyšování výkonnosti organizace?. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na základní teoretická východiska motivace, charakterizuje pracovní motivaci a také popisuje některé teorie motivace. Na teoretickou část navazuje část praktická, která se zabývá popisem vybrané organizace. Hlavním předmětem této části je výzkum, který je aplikován přímo na pracovníky vybrané organizace.	cs
