Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce je vytvoriť marketingový plán pre budúci internetový ob-chod špecializovaný na predaj hračiek pre zvieratá. Vzhľadom na rastúci trend nákupov cez Internet a takisto starania sa o domáce zvieratá, je isté, že je to vynikajúca príležitosť pre podnikanie. Teoretická časť popisuje základné znaky internetového marketingu a jednotlivé fázy marketingového plánu. Analýza sa sústreďuje nie len na vonkajšie a vnútorné prostredie, ale aj zahŕňa prieskum trhu, ktorého cieľom je zistiť, či internetový obchod s hračkami pre zvieratá bude mať budúcnosť. Projektová časť stanovuje konkrétne kroky marketingového plánu a jeho realizácie. |

The aim of this thesis is to create marketing plan for future Internet shop specialized in sell-ing pet toys. Due to the growing trend of online shopping and also households buying pet toys, it is sure that this is great entrepreneurial opportunity. Theoretical part is describing basic features of Internet marketing and particular phases of marketing plan. Analytical part is focusing not only on analysis of microenvironment and macro environment but also includes market research, whose goal is to determine whether there is a future for pet e-shop. Project sets the concrete steps of marketing plan and its realization. |
