Název mé diplomové práce, ?Zvýšení efektivnosti výroby ve firmě Karel Gavenda?, záro-veň nastiňuje její hlavní cíl. Po teoretické části, kde je zevrubný popis zvolených metod průmyslového inženýrství, se zabývám analýzou firmy Karel Gavenda. V této části analyzuji vnitřní a vnější prostředí této firmy, a to metodami: výpočet produktivity, identifikací plýtvání, 5S, kritické faktory úspěšnosti, Porterova analýza, SWOT analýza aj. Z analytické části vyplynulo, že by se firma Karel Gavenda měla zaměřit na inovace. Po debatě s vedením firmy, jsme se rozhodli touto cestou vydat. SWOT analýza nastínila, aby-chom se zaměřili na recyklaci polystyrenu. Tato recyklace bude výhodná nejen pro firmu Karel Gavenda, ale i pro životní prostředí. |

The title of my diploma thesis ?The extension of effectivity of production in the Karel Gavenda Company? foreshadows its major aim. After the theoretical part, where the precise description of chosen methods of industrial engineering can be found, I deal with the actual analysis of the Karel Gavenda Company. In that part I analyze inner and outer environment of the company by the following methods: Productivity calculation, Identification of wasting, 5S, Critical Success Factor, Porter?s analysis, SWOT analysis, From the analytical part it has appeared that the karel Gavenda Company should focus on innovation. After the debate with the management of the company, we decided to go that way. SWOT analysis foreshadowed to concentrate on the polystyrene recycling. This recy-cling will be profitable not only for the company but also advantageous for the environ-ment. |
