Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice nebezpečného pronásledování. Jedná se obecně o společensky velmi nebezpečný fenomén. Lze ho charakterizovat jako úmyslné pronásledování a obtěžování jiné osoby, které snižuje kvalitu jejího života a ohrožuje její bezpečnost, které je od 1. 1. 2010, podle nového trestního zákoníku, právně postižitelné. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části ? teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny pojmy, znaky, cyklus, druhy, typy, informace o oběti a pachateli nebezpečného pronásledování, ale rovněž i právní úprava a oprávnění Policie České republiky při řešení této problematiky. Praktická část se skládá z případových studií, kde se věnuji konkrétním případům z praxe a statistiky případů ze Zlínského kraje. |

This bachelor thesis is focused on problem of danger persecution. It is really serious social phe-nomenon in general. It could be characterized as intentional and malicious persecution and harass-ment of another person. People have either decreased of life quality or jeopardized of them own safety; both of them are crime according to new Penal code since 1st January 2010. The thesis is divided in two parts ? theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part are define terms, characteris-tics, cycle, types and kinds, information about victims and offenders of danger persecution and in addition legal regulation and competency of Police of the Czech Republic which is responsible for solution of this problem. Practical part contains case studies, in that I attend to the events from the practice and statistics of Region of Zlin. |
