Tato práce se zabývá reaktivitou a možným syntetickým využitím 3-hydroxychinolin-2,4(1H,3H)-dionů. V literární části přibližuje hlouběji dosud známé reakce těchto sloučenin. Poznatky získané z experimentů provedených autorkou zahrnují jednak oxidaci titulních sloučenin kyselinou pentahydrogenjodistou a hydrolýzu oxidačních produktů, kterými jsou N-(?-ketoacyl)anthranilové kyseliny, jednak možnost jejich využití k syntézám 1 fenylfuro[2,3-c]chinolin-2,4(3aH,5H)-dionů. |

This diploma thesis is dealing with the reactivity and possible synthetic utilisation of 3-hydroxyquinoline-2,4(1H,3H)-diones. The reactions of mentioned compounds, which have been known until now, are reviewed in the literature search section. The knowledge achieved in the experiments carried out by the author include oxidation of these com-pounds by paraperiodic acid to N-(?-ketoacyl)anthranilic acids and their hydrolysis as well as a possibility of their exploitation to the synthesis of 1 fenylfuro[2,3-c]quinoline-2,4(3aH,5H)-diones. |
