dc.description.abstract	Cílem této bakalářské práce v teoretické části je zmapovat dostupné prostředky slaďování rodinného a pracovního života. Zabývá se také současnými trendy vývoje rodin s dětmi, genderovými stereotypy a postavením ženy a muže v rodině v souvislosti s jejich prací. V praktické části mapuji formou dotazníku, nakolik jsou v praxi rodiči využívány prostředky pro lepší harmonizaci rodiny a práce a formou rozhovoru zjišťuji rodinné strategie v oblasti slaďování rodinného a pracovního života.	cs
