Bakalářská práce ?Stalking jako fenomén současné společnosti? pojednává o zlovolném a úmyslném pronásledování a obtěžování jiné osoby, které pak u oběti snižuje kvalitu jejího života a ohrožuje její bezpečnost. Teoretická část práce se věnuje pojmu stalking a jeho časté navázání na domácí násilí, jeho průběhu, příčinám a možným následkům. Dále se zabývá možnostmi intervence v oblasti stalkingu a domácího násilí. Tento exkurz do problematiky stalkingu a domácího násilí je potřebný k pochopení jeho mechanismů a ke zkoumání v rámci empirické části. Dále je zde poukázán také vznik a činnost specializované skupiny na problematiku domácího násilí a stalkingu v Brně, která plní úkoly Policie České republiky na úseku odhalování trestné činnosti a přestupků, které mají znaky domácího násilí a stalkingu. V praktické části jsem usilovala o získání poznatků v oblasti počtu obětí domácího násilí a navazujícího stalkingu ve městě Brně a jejich zpracování, a to formou sběru dat a jejich následnou analýzou. V závěru výzkumné části podávám na základě získaných informací současnou situaci v Brně u obětí domácího násilí, které přešlo ve fenomén stalking a doporučení k zavedení určitých opatření a ?ideální? model ochrany před domácím násilím a navazujícím stalkingem. |

This thesis "The stalking as the present phenomenon" deals with malevolent and deliberate persecution and harassment of another person, which then lowers the victim?s quality of life and threatens its security. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with the concept of stalking and its frequent follow-up to domestic violence, its course, causes and possible consequences. It also deals with the possibilities of intervention in stalking and domestic violence. This excursion into the issue of stalking and domestic violence is needed to understand its mechanisms and to explore the empirical part. It is also suggested here, the formation and activity of specialized group on issues of domestic violence and stalking in Brno, which performs the tasks of Police of the Czech Republic in the field of crime and misdemeanors detection that have the characteristics of domestic violence and stalking. In the empirical part, I aim at gaining a knowledge in the field of the number of victims of domestic violence and stalking in the city of Brno and its processing, namely through data collection and subsequent analysis. At the end of the research part I give, on the basis of the collected data, a conclusion in the current situation in Brno victims of domestic violence, which moved into the phenomenon of stalking, and recommendations for the implementation of certain measures and the "ideal" model of protection against domestic violence and stalking. |
