dc.description.abstract	Anotace Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá odvětvím penologie ? působením režimu a jeho uplatňováním v penitenciární praxi.Je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. První část je věnována historickému přehledu režimového působení na vězně. Následují současné zákonné prostředky využití režimového působení v naší zemi i v zahraničí. Závěr teoretické části popisuje alternativní způsob řešení režimového působení, možnost výkonu trestu na svobodě.Část druhá obsahuje praktický výzkum provedený mezi odsouzenými. Jeho cílem je získat pohled odsouzených na tento typ výchovy. Závěr práce je shrnutím teoretických poznatků a výsledku dotazníkového šetření.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Annotation This bachelor thesis deals with penology ? impact of the penitentiary regime and its applications in penitentiary practice.The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part concerns on the impact of the penitentiary regime on a prisoner throughout the history. Furthermore, current legal means referring to the use of the penitentiary regime in the Czech Republic and abroad is presented. Finally, this theoretical part describes an alternative approach of solving of the impact of the penitentiary regime, the possibility to perform the punishment at liberty.The second part deals with the practical research carried out amongst prisoners. The goal is to obtain the prisoner's insight into the alternative approach of penitentiary education. The conclusion summarizes the theoretical findings and results of the questionnaire research.	en
