dc.description.abstract	Cílem této bakalářské práce je navrhnout financování programu pro rozvoj volnočasové aktivity v obci Střelná a následně zdůvodnit doporučené financování keramické dílny. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část přináší definici komunální sféry, nejdůležitější informace o obci a možnosti financo?vání projektů v komunální sféře. Praktická část se zabývá charakteristikou obce Střelná, možností využití volného času v obci, dále navržení jeho zlepšení a to zřízením keramické dílny. Závěr praktické části obsahuje doporučení a zdůvodnění financování keramické dílny.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this Bachelor?s thesis is to propose funding for the development of leisure activities in the village Strelna and then justify the recommended funding ceramic workshop. The Bachelor?s thesis consists of two main parts, the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part provides a definition of the municipal sector, the most important information about the village and the possibility of financing projects in the municipal sector. The practical part provides characteristics of the village Strelna, leisure opportunities in the community, further improving of the leisure opportunities - the design of a ceramic workshop. Conclusion of the practical part includes recommendations and justification for funding of ceramic workshop.	en
