Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na význam spotřebního koše ve vybraných školních jídelnách gymnázií Jihomoravského kraje. V teoretické části je popsána historie školního stravování, pravidla pro výpočet spotřebního koše, výživové normy a potřeby adolescentů. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu spotřebních košů i v návaznosti na pestrost jídelníčků. |

The theoretical part decribes the history of school meals, rules for the calculation of the consumption bin, nutrition norms and needs of adolescents. The practical part contains the analysis of consumption bins on the subject of diversity of menu cards. |
