Cílem diplomové práce je na základě provedených výpočtů a analýz vybraných výrobních a distribučních skladů společnosti MITAS a.s. navrhnout možná optimalizační řešení zjištěných nedostatků. Diplomová práce je členěna na dvě základní části, a to teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část popisuje obecně zejména pojmy týkající se logistiky, skladování a řízení zásob. Praktická část obsahuje charakteristiku společnosti MITAS a.s., popis logistických postupů, distribučních kanálů, způsob plánování výroby, objednávání, skladování. Další část se věnuje analýze vybraných skladů společnosti, výpočtům pomocí ukazatelů a metody ABC. Poslední část je zaměřena na zhodnocení výsledků a navrhnutí možných řešení, která mají vést ke zlepšení procesů. |

The aim of the thesis is on the basis of the calculations and analyses of selected production and distribution warehouses of the company MITAS a.s. suggest maybe optimization solutions to the identified shortcomings. The thesis is broken down into two basic parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes in general terms, in particular relating to logistics, warehousing and inventory management. The practical part includes the characteristics of the company MITAS a.s., a description of the logistics procedures, distribution channels, method for production planning, ordering and storage. The next part is devoted to the analysis of selected stores, using the indicators and methods of calculations of the ABC. The last part focuses on the evaluation of the results and propose possible solutions to improve processes. |
