dc.description.abstract	Stěžejní osou mé bakalářské práce je analýza a metodika práce zdravotníka s nemocným v diabetologické ambulanci. V teoretické části jsem vydefinovala jen některé aspekty, které se konkrétně týkají medicínsko-klinické problematiky a dlouhodobých komplikací Diabetu mellitu. Nedílnou součástí teoretického úvodu mé bakalářské práce je nástin několika pohledů na různé možnosti metodických přístupů k edukaci diabetika. V praktické části jsem popisovala informovanost diabetika o selfmonitoringu v konkrétní diabetologické ambulanci a dále jsem hledala deficity v metodice edukací u vybraných diabetiků. A v neposlední míře jsem analyzovala získané informace a vydefinovala možnosti k zlepšení celkové medicínsko-ošetřovatelské práce s diabetikem v diabetologické ambulanci.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The central axis of my bachelor thesis analysis and methodology of work of medical professionals with patients in the diabetic clinic. In the theoretical part, I defined just some aspects that pertain to medical clinical issues and long-term complications of diabetes mellitus. An integral part of the theoretical beginning of my work is to outline a number of different views on the possibility of methodological approaches to diabetes education. In the practical part, I described the awareness of diabetes self-monitoring in a specific diabetic clinic and I'm looking for deficiencies in the methodology of educating patients with diabetes. And then I analyzed the information and defined options to improve the overall medical and nursing work with diabetes in a diabetic clinic.	en
