Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracování Programu rozvoje města Staré Město, který by měl vést k dalšímu všestrannému rozvoji města. Práce se skládá z části teoretické a části praktické. Teoretická část definuje pojmy charakteristika obce, program rozvoje obcí a měst, strategické plánování, SWOT analýza, nástroje obecní politiky a aktéry regionální politiky. Praktická část obsahuje socioekonomickou analýzu, SWOT analýzu. Stěžejní výstup analyzovaných dat tvoří strategie rozvoje a katalog navržených projektů. |

The aim of this bachelor thesis is elaboration of the development programme of the town of Staré Město which should lead to further all-round development of the town. The thesis consist of a theoretical part and a practical part. The teoretical part define concepts such as characteristic of a town, develompment programme of village and towns, strategic programme, SWOT analysis and the key players and tools of the regional policy. The practical part consist of socioeconomic analysis, SWOT analysis. The pivot output of the analysed data form the strategy of development and the catalogue of projects. |
