dc.description.abstract	Cílem této diplomové práce je zpracovat projekt efektivní komunikace manažera v týmu ve firmě Raiffeisenbank a.s. Teoretická část obsahuje poznatky o komunikaci a managementu týmu. V praktické části je zpracována analýza současného stavu komunikace manažera v týmu ve firmě Raiffeisenbank metodou dotazníkového šetření a strukturovaného rozho-voru. V závěrečné praktické části je vypracován projekt efektivní komunikace manažera v týmu, který je podroben časové, nákladové a rizikové analýze.	cs
