Cílem mé diplomové práce bude navrhnout projekt na snížení dopadů nezaměstnanosti, který by umožnil ženám na RD a MD udržet nebo zvýšit si profesní specializaci, ale na druhé straně jim umožnil věnovat se svým mateřským povinnostem. Nutným krokem k naplnění cíle diplomové práce bude teoreticky zmapovat oblast nezaměstnanosti a jejích dopadů a provést šetření. Nástrojem k naplnění cíle bude provedení dotazníkového šetření mezi zaměstnanými a nezaměstnanými ženami v období těhotenství a mateřství, aby byly zjištěny názory těchto žen, jejich postoje, vnímání, pociťování a prožívání této náročné životní situace. V práci chci rovněž upozornit na specifika porodnosti a postavení žen na trhu práce v České republice. |

The aim of my final-year thesis is to design a project to limit and eliminate the effects of unemployment which would enable women who are on maternity or parental leave to maintain or even extend professional knowledge in their fields and, on the other hand, which would also make it possible for them to carry out their duties of a mother. In order to fulfil the aims of this final-year thesis, it is necessary to theoretically map the phenomenon of unemployment and its effects, and to carry out a survey. Therefore, a questionnaire survey among both employed and unemployed women who are either expecting a child or taking care of their little children will be the instrument used to fulfil the aims of this thesis so that the women's attitudes, perceptions, feelings and experiences from this challenging period in their lives are revealed and described. In the thesis, I would also like to draw attention to some specific aspects related to natality and the position of women on the labour market in the Czech Republic. |
