dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce mapuje situaci v oblasti poskytování sociální pomoci duševně nemoc-ným lidem v České republice. Práce poskytuje základní přehled o problematice posky-tování sociální pomoci, především z hlediska sociální politiky a etiky. Pozornost je také věnována jednotlivým úrovním a metodám poskytování sociální pomoci i subjektům, jež tuto činnost zajišťují. Text čtenáře dále seznamuje s fenoménem duševní nemoci. Vedle klasifikace a popisu nejčastěji se vyskytujících onemocnění, práce vyzdvihuje především ty oblasti, které se v kontextu poskytování sociální pomoci stávají nejvíce problematickými. Těmito oblastmi jsou problematika přístupu k duševně nemocným a ochrany jejich lidských práv. Závěr práce je věnován typologii subjektů, které v České republice poskytují psychicky nemocným lidem sociální pomoc. Vedle popisu služeb, které jednotlivé systémy péče poskytují, obsahuje práce i jejich kritické hodnocení.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This graduation theses maps over the situation in the field of providing social help to men-tally ill people within the Czech Republic. The paper includes the basic outline about the questions of providing the social help, especially in term of social policy and ethics. In addition, attention is given to individual levels and methods of providing the social help to entities patronizing this activity. Furthermore, the reader is familiarized with the phenome-non of mental disease. Except for classifying and description of the most frequent diseases, the paper points out especially these areas which are the most problematical in the context of providing social help. These areas include the issue of the attitude to mentally ill people and protection of their human rights. The closing part is dedicated to the typology of organisations which provide social help to mentally ill people. Together with the description of services providing indi-vidual systems of the social care, the thesis also includes their critical assessments.	en
