Tato diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením ekonomické výkonnosti vybraného podniku. Úkolem teoretické části je obecně popsat přístupy k měření výkonnosti s rozdělením na klasické a moderní ukazatele. Druhá, praktická, část obsahuje představení společnosti a analýzu vnitřních a vnějších podmínek hospodaření. Dále je tato část věnována zhodnocení výkonnosti podniku, nejdříve pomocí klasických měřítek výkonnosti s využitím nástrojů finanční analýzy, následně pak pomocí moderních měřítek hodnocení výkonnosti podniku. V závěru je navrhnut systém měření výkonnosti pro danou firmu a možná podoba jeho aplikace. |

This master thesis deals with the evaluation of economic performance of the selected company. The task of the theoretical part is generally described approaches to performance measurement division of classic and modern indicators.
