V této bakalářské práci se věnuji problematice ageismu ? diskriminaci určité věkové skupiny společnosti. Zabývám se především negativními postoji mladých lidí vůči seniorům. Teoretická část popisuje projevy negativních postojů, rozebírá důvody jejich vzniku. Jsou definovány pojmy ageismus, diskriminace, stereotypy, stáří a stárnutí. Dále se soustředím na popis dvou věkových skupin, které jsou pro práci stěžejní ? seniory a mládež do 20 let. Praktická část je zaměřena na zjištění skutečných postojů adolescentů vůči seniorům a stáří obecně. Pro toto zjištění byl zvolen kvantitativní výzkum formou dotazníkového šetření. Výzkum byl určen studentům středních škol, převážně druhých až čtvrtých ročníků. |

This bachelor work deals with the issue of ageism - discrimination against particular age groups in society. I especially deal with negative attitudes of joung people towards the seniors. The theoretical part describes the manifestations of negative attitudes and analyze the reasons why they are incurred. I define notions of ageism, discrimination, stereotypes, old age and aging. Furthermore, I focus on description of two age groups at which the work is focused - the elderly and young people under 20. The practical part focuses on the actual attitudes of young people to seniors and aging in general. For this finding a quantitative survey research by means of a questionnaire was selected. It was addressed to high school students, mostly second through fourth grades. |
