Cílem této práce je reorganizace společnosti XY, s důrazem na řízení nákladů tak, aby tato společnost byla připravena fungovat ve ztížených podmínkách 21. století. Teoretická část se zabývá výzvami 21. století, problematikou procesní organizační struktury, podnikovým výkaznictvím a řízením nákladů dle metody ABC. Praktická část se skládá ze dvou sekcí, a to z části analytické a části projektové. Analytická část na základě firemních podkladů představuje společnost XY, v níž zkoumá fungování této společnosti z hlediska organizační struktury, výkaznictví a stavu řízení nákladů. Pro-jektová část zavádí v podniku procesní organizační strukturu, definuje a upravuje systém výkaznictví a aplikuje metodu procesního řízení nákladů ABC. Dále předkládá návod k realizaci jednotlivých kroků, které v závěru vyhodnocuje. |

The aim of this work is the reorganization of company XY, with an emphasis on cost ma-nagement so that the company is prepared to operate in the difficult conditions of the 21st century. The teoretical part deals with the challenges of the 21st century, the procedural issues of the organizational structure, corporate reporting and the cost control methods according to ABC. The practical part consists of two sections, the analytical part and the project part. The ana-lytical part introduces the company XY, examines the function of the company in terms of the organizational structure, the reporting status and the control costs. The project part es-tablishes a business process in the organizational structure, defines and regulates the repor-ting system and applies the method of process cost management of ABC. In addition, it shows the instructions for the implementation of the various steps, which are assessed in the end. |
