V teoretické části jsou využity informace ohledně projektového řízení, jeho standardů a certifikace. Co je projekt a projektový management je popsáno v následujícím oddíle, kdy kromě definice a unikátnosti je zmíněna i možná rozdílnost v rámci oblasti strukturálních fondů a dotací. Je specifikována role projektového manažera v organizaci a specifikovány jeho vlastnosti, znalosti, dovednosti, zkušenosti a schopnosti. V rámci úspěšnosti této pozi-ce jsou také rozepsány kompetence, kvalifikace a autorita projektového manažera. Praktická část se věnuje analýze vlastností a způsobilostí ideálního projektového manažera, kde pak dochází ke komparaci s hodnotami reálných projektových manažerů. Jako podpůr-ný materiál pro zjištění hodnot byl využit dotazník. Dále je provedena analýza různorodosti pojetí pozice projektového manažera z hlediska projektového řízení a strukturálních fondů, na jejichž základě je pak navržen postup pro standardizaci profese projektového manažera. |

Information about the project management and its standards and certification are used in the theoretical part. In the following section is described the meaning of the project and the project management. Except the definition and the uniqueness of the project there is also mentioned the possible variance in structural funds and grants, the role of the manager of the project and his qualities, knowledge, skills, experience and abilities. Within the success of this position there are also itemized competences, qualifications and authority of the manager. The practical part deals with analysis of the qualities and qualification of the ideal project manager and then it is compared with the values of real managers. A Questionnaire was used as a supportive document. Further there is made an analysis of diversity of the project manager from the point of view of project management and structural funds. On these basis, there is suggested progress for the standardization of the project manager's career. |
