Bakalářská práce ?Pachatel a oběť ve vztazích Probační a mediační služby ? východiska a praktické vztahy? v první části pojednává o fungování a činnosti Probační a mediační služby (dále PMS) s primárním cílem zmapovat problematická místa ve výkonu praxe PMS střediska Brno. Ve druhé části této práce se zaměřuji na pachatele trestného činu a definuji alternativní tresty: obecně prospěšné práce, trest domácího vězení a trest zákazu vstupu na sportovní, kulturní a jiné společenské akce. Třetí část pojednává o oběti trestného činu a spolupráci PMS s nevládními organizacemi. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou zpracovány kazuistiky trestu domácího vězení, které považuji za přínosné v rámci objasnění problematiky fungování PMS v praxi a které zároveň doplňuji o vlastní pohled získaný několikaměsíční praxí ve středisku PMS Brno. |

The first part of the Bachelor thesis titled ?The Offender and Victim in the Relationships of the Probation and Mediation Service - Bases and Practical Relations? deals with the functioning and activities of the Probation and Mediation Service (hereinafter the PMS); its primary objective is to map problematic points in the practical performance of the PMS Brno Centre. The second part of the thesis focuses on offenders of criminal acts and defines alternative punishments: community service, house arrest, and prohibition of entry to sports, cultural and other social events. The third part deals with victims of crime and cooperation between the PMS and non-governmental organizations. The closing part of the thesis presents case reports of home confinement sentences, which I consider useful in clarifying the issue of the PMS practical performance; I have also added my own view acquired during several months of gaining practical experience at the PMS Brno Centre. |
