Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou geneticky modifikovaných plodin (GM), přede-vším obilovin. V první kapitole je popsána legislativa týkající se geneticky modifikovaných organizmů (GMO), nakládání s nimi, jejich označování a dále se zabývá GMO schválenými k uvádění do životního prostředí v ČR. V následující kapitole se práce zaměřuje na metody genetických transformací, rozdělení a využití transgenních plodin. Třetí kapitola obecně charakterizuje obiloviny a jsou zde stručně popsány nejvýznamnější druhy. Předposlední kapitola je věnována GM obilovinám, jejich značení a pěstování v ČR, EU a ve světě. Na závěr jsou uvedeny doposud známé přínosy a rizika pěstování GM plodin. |

This bachelor thesis deals with genetically modified crops (GM), especially cereals. The first chapter describes the legislation relating to genetically modified organisms (GMOs), using, labeling and covers GMOs approved for introduction into the environment in the country. In the next chapter, the work focuses on methods of genetic transformation, distribution and use of transgenic crops. The third chapter describes cereals in general, and the most significant species are briefly described here. The penultimate chapter is de-voted to GM grains, their identification and cultivation in the Czech Republic, the EU and the world. At the conclusion there are given known benefits and risks of growing GM crops. |
