dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu současného stavu ve výrobním provozu lisovaných podlahovin ve společnosti Fatra, a.s. Cílem je identifikace plýtvání a vypracování návrhů na jejich odstranění. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vysvětlení principů metody 5S, TPM, vizuálních prvků, VSM a určení plýtvání. Tyto poznatky jsou následně východiskem pro vypracování analytické části, kde je pomocí vybraných metod průmyslového inže-nýrství zmapován současný stav výrobního procesu a identifikovány zdroje plýtvání. Na základě výsledků analýzy současného stavu jsou vypracovány návrhy na implementaci vybraných metod průmyslového inženýrství a návrh optimalizace posledního výrobního pracoviště.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis is focused on analyzing the current state of production facility pressed flooring at Fatra Company. The aim is to identify waste and develop proposals for their elimination. The theoretical part focused on explaining the principles of the methods of 5S, TPM, visual elements, VSM and destination of waste. These findings are then the basis for developing the analytical part, which is selected by using industrial engineering methods map the current state of the manufacturing process and identify sources of waste. Based on the results of the analysis of current proposals are developed to implement the chosen methods of industrial engineering and design optimization of the final production work.	en
