dc.description.abstract	Obsahem bakalářské práce je popis současného stavu penzijního systému v České republice a také charakteristika důchodové reformy, která se v nedávných letech uskutečnila na Slovensku. Cílem práce je oba systémy porovnat, popsat výhody a nevýhody slovenské reformy a na základě zjištěných informací navrhnout, v čem by se mohla Česká republika inspirovat a čeho by se měla naopak vyvarovat.	cs

The aim of the thesis is to compare both systems, to describe the advantages and disadvantages of slovak reforms.
