Tématem diplomové práce je projekt uplatnění metod PI ve firmě Z STUDIO, spol. s r.o. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, které na sebe navazují. Teoretická část je věnovaná oboru průmyslové inženýrství, gemba zlepšování, 5S, vizualizace a s nimi souvisejícími pojmy. Součástí teoretické částí je také popis analytických metod, následně použitých v praktické části. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou současného stavu na pracovišti kompletace. V projektové části jsou popsány návrhy pro zlepšení stávajícího stavu na pracovišti. Aplikace vybraných metod PI: zavedení metody 5S, vizualizace a změna layoutu. Závěr práce je věnován zhodnocení projektu. |

The theme of Master?s thesis is the application project of Industrial Engineering in company Z STUDIO, spol. s r.o. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part concerns the fields of Industrial Engineering, gemba enhancement, 5S, visualisation and terms related to these topics. A description of analytical methods used in the following practical part is also mentioned. The practical part deals with the analysis of the current situation at the department of kitting. The project part describes proposals to improve the current situation at the workplace. Application of selected IE methods: implementation of 5S, visua-lisation and change of layout. The final part of the thesis concerns the evaluation of the project. |
