Diplomová práca je zameraná na sledovanie akostných zmien zveriny prasiat divo-kých vzhľadom na ich vek a spôsob ulovenia. V získaných vzorkách bol analyzovaný obsah sušiny, popola, bielkovín, tuku, ďalej bola stanovená farba mäsa a väznosti. Výsledky boli zhodnotené v súvislosti s pozorovanými faktormi a boli porovnané s dostupnou literatúrou. |

This diploma work is focused on observation of quality changes of the game of wild boars according to their age and the way of hunting. In acquired samples age and there were analysed content of dry basis, ash, protein, fat, also the colour of meat and its ability to retain water were set. The results were evaluated in connection with observed factors and compared with available literature. |
