Často se opakují povodně, které nadělají velké škody na obydlí i na krajině. Každou zimu umrzne v Čechách a na Moravě na ulici několik lidí. Přírodní katastrofy berou střechu nad hlavou tisícům obyvatel. Návrh prostorového objektu, nouzového přístřeší pro lidi bez přístřeší, propaguje téma nutného zázemí jako otevřenou otázku, která se dotýká každého. Přístřeší namísto bydlení je reakcí na značně omezené možnosti: peníze, na materiál, prostor, technika, doprava materiálu a manipulace, zájem veřejnosti. Mít skromné a slušné bydlení pro každého je jinou otázkou. Hledat odpovědi na uspořádání prostoru lze jen společně. |

We can see floods coming back again and again causing a lot of damage to homes and to the land. There are dozens of people freezing to death on the streets every winter. Natural disasters take away the shelter from thousands of people. The Exterior Structure Plan of emergency shelter for homeless people is promoting the issue of having an essential base as an open question that actually pertains to everyone. The emergency shelter plan is a reaction to considerably limited resources: money, material, space, technology, shipment and handling, and the interest of the general public. It is also a reaction to these days risks. To have a modest housing for everyone - that is another issue. Anyway, seeing answers to spatial arrangement is perhaps easier to do hand in hand. |
