Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na standardy kvality sociálních služeb. Vysvětluje jejich význam a přínos. Charakterizuje inspekce poskytování sociálních služeb, které kontrolují jejich naplňování. Popisuje čtyřleté zkušenosti s inspekcemi poskytování sociálních služeb v Jihomoravském kraji. Obsahuje průzkum, uskutečněný u sedmi sociálních služeb ve městě Brně a v okrese Brno - venkov. Prostřednictvím kvalitativní metodologie, formou rozhovorů, byla provedena analýza zjištěných údajů, která charakterizuje pohled poskytovatelů sociálních služeb na jevy související s kvalitou sociálních služeb, respektive standardy kvality sociálních služeb. |

This Bachelor's thesis explains the importance and benefits of quality standards in social services, and outlines the assessment methods used to ensure their implementation. It presents the results of assessments in the South Moravian Region over a period of four years, and includes details of seven different inspections in the city of Brno and in the Brno-Country District. The data was analysed qualitatively, by means of interviews, and reveals social care service providers' perspectives on issues connected with quality of social care, and in particular, quality standards in social care. |
