dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce prezentuje problematiku nezaměstnanosti u osob starších padesáti let. Popisuje druhy nezaměstnanosti, trh práce, pomoc státu i rizikové skupiny. Dále charakte-rizuje starší pracovníky, popisuje předsudky ze strany zaměstnavatelů a diskriminaci star-ších uchazečů o práci. Následují příčiny a důsledky dlouhodobé nezaměstnanosti a mož-nosti reintegrace do pracovního procesu.	cs
