dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na Aplikaci metody SMED ve výrobním procesu. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části jsou zpracovány poznatky z literárních zdrojů, které se týkají obecně průmyslového inženýrství a metod, které se využívají v průmyslovém inženýrství. Praktická část se zaměřuje přímo na metodu SMED ve vybrané společnosti. Je zde rozebrána aktuální situace ve společnosti a aplikována metoda SMED do výrobního procesu.	cs
