Ve své diplomové práci budu řešit zvýšení produktivity při výrobě statorových plechů na poloautomatickém drážkovacím lisu značky Weintgarten NN20, zařazeného do výrobního procesu pro výrobu elektrických strojů ve firmě TES VSETÍN, a.s. Cílem práce bude nové navržení střižného nástroje, jeho výkresová dokumentace a způsob upnutí zařízení ke stroji. Součástí práce je ekonomické vyhodnocení a přínos navrženého řešení. |

This diploma thesis deals with the productivity increase during the production of stator metal plate on the semiautomatic grooving presser Weintgarten NN20, which is included in the production process of the electrical machines in the TES VSETÍN, a.s. company. The main aim of this work is to design of the blanking tool, its design documentation and the technique of fastening of this device to the original machine. The economic evaluation as well as the benefits of the suggested solution is also included in the thesis. |
