Práce se zabývá problematikou kosmetické péče o kůži v období dospělosti, s přechodem na problematiku kosmetické péče o kůži v období senia. Pozornost byla věnována zejména funkci kožní bariéry a změnám bariérové funkce kůže v období senia. Dále byly hodnoceny možnosti úpravy poškozené epidermální bariéry, vhodnost použití skupin extern a kos-metických přípravků v seniu a také problematika fyzikální léčby, aktinoterapie, chemote-rapie a dermatochirurgie v tomto věkovém období. |
