dc.description.abstract	Práce pojednává o staronovém fenoménu - sociálním podnikání. V posledních několika letech je jeho problematika poměrně diskutovaným tématem. Je zřejmé, že sociální podnikání začíná zaujímat ve společnosti významnější roli. Představuje se jako model, který může být nápomocný při řešení nezaměstnanosti. Přestože sociální podnikání není dosud dostatečně legislativně zakotveno, z uvedených případů je patrné, že je životaschopné, že se rozvíjí a tím dává šanci znevýhodněným osobám uplatnit se na trhu práce.	cs
