dc.description.abstract	Předmětem této bakalářské práce, je analyzovat systém odměňování a motivace ve společnosti MITAS a.s. Posoudit jeho efektivnost, což znamená posoudit jeho vliv na zvyšování výkonnosti zaměstnanců této společnosti. Celá práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V první teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy, vztahující se k této problematice. Následuje základní členění motivace, včetně stručné charakteristiky. Nechybí ani popis nejznámějších škol a nejvýznamnějších představitelů těchto škol. Druhá část je praktická. Skládá se z představení společnosti MITAS a.s. a následně navazuje na teoretickou část, kde se zaměřuje na hodnocení motivačního systému společnosti. Popisuje jaké druhy hmotné a nehmotné stimulace jsou ve společnosti využívány a jaký vliv mají na pracovní výkonnost zaměstnanců. Pro získání potřebných informací byl použit průzkum formou dotazníkového šetření. V závěru práce je uvedeno do-poručení na zlepšení motivačního systému, který povede ke zvýšení výkonnosti firmy.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the system of remuneration and motivation in the company MITAS a.s., to assess its effectiveness, which means to assess its impact on improving the efficiency of this company. The whole work is divided into two parts. In the first part there are explained the basic concepts related to this issue. The basic types of motivation including a brief description are following. There is also a description of the most famous schools and their important representatives. The second part is practical. It includes an introduction of the company MITAS a.s. and then the theoretical part follows, which focuses on assessing the company's incentive system. It describes the kinds of tangible and intangible stimulation that are used in this company and how they impact the efficiency of employees. There was used a survey by questionnaire to obtain the necessary information. The conclusion presents recommendations how to improve the incentive system, which will increase company's efficiency.	en
