dc.description.abstract	Cílem mé bakalářské práce je analýza motivace zaměstnanců společnosti AZ Real, s.r.o. z oblasti hostinské a hotelové činnosti. V teoretické části je zpracována literární rešerše z dostupných informačních zdrojů. Poznatky získané v teoretické části jsou aplikovány do části praktické, která je věnována charakteristice společnosti AZ Real, s.r.o. a následné analýze motivace zaměstnanců, která byla uskutečněna formou dotazníkového šetření. Informace získané na základě průzkumu poukázaly na určité mezery a nedokonalosti v motivačním programu firmy. Na závěr mé práce jsou navržena doporučení ke zlepšení motivace zaměstnanců společnosti AZ Real, s.r.o.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of my bachelor thesis is to analyse motivation of AZ Real, Ltd.'employees from restaurant and hotel business. There is a literary search of the existing resources in the theoretical part. I apply the knowledge gained in the theoretical part to practical part. I focus on the characteristics of AZ Real, Ltd. and the analysis of employee motivation, which was conducted by questionnaire. Information obtained from survey pointed to some problems and imperfections in motivational program of the company. I propose recommnedations to improve employee's motivation of AZ Real, Ltd. at the end of my work.	en
