Tato bakalářská práce hodnotí finanční situaci společnosti XYZ, a.s. v letech 2009 a 2010. Cílem práce je podrobně zanalyzovat hospodaření společnosti a posouzení jejího finančního zdraví. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí: teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části se nachází obecná charakteristika finanční analýzy, popis jednotlivých uživatelů, zdroje dat, postupy a metody finanční analýzy. V praktické části je stručně charakterizována společnost, dále je podrobně provedena vlastní finanční analýza jednotlivých ukazatelů. Na základě analýzy je zhodnocena finanční situace ve společnosti a následně jsou navržena možná řešení a opatření. |

This bachelor thesis assesses the financial position of the company XYZ, a.s. in 2009 and 2010. The objective of the thesis is the detail analysis of financial performance of the company and the assessment of its financial health. The thesis is divided into the two parts: theoretical and practical. In theoretical part, there are described the general characteristics of financial analysis, description of particular users, resources of data, processes and methods of the financial analysis. In the practical part there is short description of the company, and then the detail financial analyses of particular ratio is performed. Based on the financial analysis the financial performance is assessed of the company and potential solutions and measures are proposed. |
