dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou systému hodnocení zaměstnanců ve společnosti TOSHULIN, a.s. Cílem teoretické části bakalářské práce je zpracovat teoretické poznatky z oblasti hodnocení zaměstnanců a poté formulovat teoretická východiska pro zpracování části praktické. Cílem praktické části bakalářské práce je analyzovat současný stav systému hodnocení zaměstnanců ve společnosti TOSHULIN, a.s. a následně provést zhodnocení předností a nedostatků tohoto systému. V rámci analýzy je využito zejména kvalitativního výzkumu. Bakalářská práce obsahuje také návrhy a doporučení na zlepšení současného stavu systému hodnocení zaměstnanců ve společnosti TOSHULIN, a.s. Na přání společnosti TOSHULIN, a.s. není její obchodní jméno uvedeno v názvu bakalářské práce.	cs
