dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá zpracováním projektu financování investičního záměru města Kroměříž. Cílem práce je navrhnout vhodný způsob financování daného investičního záměru. Teoretická část je podkladem pro praktickou část a je tedy zaměřena na charakteristiku obce, její hospodaření a možnosti financování jejich rozvoje i s využitím fondů Evropské unie. V poslední kapitole je popsán postup při zpracování žádosti o dotaci. Praktická část se věnuje analýze hospodaření města, na kterou navazuje samotný projekt financování daného záměru a jeho zhodnocení. Na závěr této části je zpracována projektová žádost o dotaci.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the processing of project financing investment plan of Kroměříž. The aim is to suggest a suitable method of financing the investment plan. The theoretical part is based on the practical part and is focused on the characteristics of the municipality her economy and finance their development with the use of EU funds. The last chapter describes how to process the grant request. The practical part deals with the analysis of management which is connected to the project of financing the plan and its evaluation.
