Diplomová práce pojednává v teoretické části o fyziologických účincích vitaminu D, jeho přítomnosti v různých potravinách a možnostech jeho izolace. Dále je popsán princip kapalinové chromatografie. V experimentální části jsou popsány postupně jednotlivé izolační kroky pro stanovení vitaminu D, technika zmýdelňování a následné zakoncentrování vzorku. Byly nastaveny chromatografické podmínky, za kterých byl vitamin D v potravinách kvantifikován. |

The theoretical part of the graduation theses diserts on physiological effects of vitamin D, its presence in various nourishment and possibilites of its isolation. Further there is a description of liquid chromatography. In the experimental part there are subsequently described individual isolation steps of vitamin D determination, technique of saponification and concentration of sample. There were set chromatography conditions, which were suitable for quantification of vitamin D in the nourishment. |
