dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce na téma sebepéče u pacientek po operaci karcinomu prsu je zaměřena na zmapování problematiky karcinomu prsu, diagnostiky a léčby. Zabývá se problémy, které mohou u těchto pacientek nastat. Východiskem předkládané práce je teorie deficitu sebepéče D. E. Oremové. Podle této teorie byla sestavena situační potřeba sebepéče u pacientek po operaci karcinomu prsu. Cílem práce je zmapovat činnosti sebepéče pacientek po operaci karcinomu prsu v oblasti léčebných opatření, vlivu onemocnění na osobní život a zjistit nejčastější problémy, které pacientky trápí. Pro splnění těchto cílů bylo použito dotazníkového šetření. Jedním ze zjištění také bylo, že ženy po operaci karcinomu prsu ve velké míře neznají nebo málo využívají epitézy. Proto byl vytvořen edukační materiál pro pacientky zaměřený na následnou péči po operaci karcinomu prsu s využitím epitéz ? prsních náhrad s názvem ?Dostupnost a používání epitéz po operacích prsu?.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis on the topic of patients self-care after the breast cancer surgery is aimed at mapping the problem of breast cancer diagnosis and treatment. It deals with problems that may occur on these patients. The basis of the submitted work is the theory of self-care deficit by D. E. Oremová. According to this theory the need of patients self-care situation after surgery of breast cancer was made. The aim is to monitor the activities of self-care patients after surgery of breast cancer treatment interventions, the impact of the disease at the personal life and to find the most common problems that worry patients. To meet these objectives, the questionnaire survey was used. One of the findings was also that women after undergoing the breast cancer surgery don?t know the breast forms or they use them very little. For that reason the educational material for patients focused on the follow-up care after surgery for breast cancer using breast forms - breast replacements entitled "Availability and use of breast forms after breast surgery? was made.	en
